APET Bottle to Bottle Food Grade Washing and Pelletizing Recycling line

Based on European equipment technology, combined with practical experience in on-site production, we will use reasonable process formulas to develop PET flakes that are suitable for food packaging. The total impurity content is 20-50PPM, the PVC content is less than 7PPM, and the PC content is is 0, which meets the requirements of the food packaging industry. Food-grade PET flakes still put forward high requirements for equipment. And in the hot washing process, bold innovation and matching friction washing enabled the first stage of PET sheet washing to reach 50-100PPM.
