HS Heavy-duty Single-shaft Plastic Shredder

The HS series is a heavy-duty single-shaft shredder. The main structure is: heavy-duty and high-strength box, hydraulic pusher, main shaft, gear box, hydraulic control unit, and electrical control unit. The heavy-duty and high-strength box body emphasizes the precision of welding and processing from the early stage of processing. The wall panels are processed by CNC, and the hydraulic pusher increases the stress surface in pushing materials, thereby increasing output. The shaft body and both ends of the spindle are all processed by CNC, which not only improves accuracy but also ensures the concentricity of the spindle. In order to adapt to materials of different strengths, we have equipped the gear box with a pressure relief device to better protect the working condition of the gear box. This series of shredders adopts a high-efficiency V-shaped rotor design. The minimum width of the rotor is 1200mm, the maximum width is 2000mm, and the rotation diameter is 560mm. The rotor is driven by a specially designed gearbox. The external bearing design facilitates maintenance and allows the bearing seat to be increased and enlarged to ensure stronger strength. The company has recently developed a polygonal rotor. This design is better suitable for soft materials, can cut materials better, and the discharge size is more uniform.
